They are used effectively for removing partially eaten, immature and broken seeds to ensure maximum quality of the final product. • Our range of Gravity Separators comes with a rectangular deck. This makes the the product travels a longer distance, a cleaner separation of light and heavy particles and a low percentage of middling.

• A vibrating deck is used for differentiating the food items according to its specific weight. As pressurized air is forced it causes the heavier particles to travel to the higher level and the lighter particles to the lower level of the deck. The pressurized air supply is accurately adjusted by individually adjustable air fans. This way there is proper controlling of the volume of air distribution at separate areas of the vibrating deck.

• A very simple process to operate and adjust table inclination, speed of eccentric motion and feed rate. This does not require any operator training
